What happens after I order?

Once you place your order, we will start getting things ready.

Depending on what it is that you have ordered, we may have to order in any special materials specific to your order.

Once all materials are available, we will get crafting.

Once your order is ready, it will be packed and sent off. You will be provided with a tracking number.

What's your return policy?

Our returns policy may change from time to time.

We do offer returns and exchanges, however not all items are eligible.

How long will my order take to be made?

Production time varies depending on the item you have purchased.

Due to the personalised nature of all our items, it can take anywhere between 7 - 14 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.

This can be longer during busy or sale periods. Refer to the banner at the top of the website before you make a purchase.

Where possible, we will try to get you your items sooner.

Personalised items involve many steps. We require time to source certain materials, design, put your items into production, assemble and pack. If there are painted items then we have to account for drying time in between layers.

Please keep in mind that we're not a big corporate company either, just a small business run from home.

I ordered a personalised item but I've made an error

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange when this happens.

It is up to the buyer to proof read and double check their selections before placing the order.

If I select Express Shipping, will my order be processed faster?

No. Selecting Express Shipping will only change the postage speed once we have processed your order.

Your order will still be subject to the standard processing times.

My order hasn't arrived

If your tracking link shows that your item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please let us know and we will try to follow up for you.

However, we can't guarantee anything as once your parcel is with our shipping partner, we have no control over your package.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick up service. All items will be posted to you.
