Shipping policy

Please read the below for details regarding order processing and shipping times.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia using the Australia Post network.

 

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is $9.95 for each order. Once dispatched, this option may take 2-6 business days.* Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.

Express Shipping is $16.95 for each order. Once dispatched, this option may take 1-4 business days.* Free Express Shipping is available on orders of $200 or more.

*There are times where there might be a slight delay due to to public holidays, busy sale periods and peak gifting season. Please place your order early to minimise your risk of delay.

Prices are subject to change at any point in time.

Please note, express shipping does not make your order get processed quicker.

Each item is made to order so standard processing times still apply. All items are processed as soon as possible, however estimated shipping times are for once the item has been dispatched and left our hands.

 

Order Processing Times

After an order is placed, we will work on the order as soon as possible! Although "we" is mentioned many times throughout this website, it's actually just me, Anna. As a standard, 4-10 business days should be allowed for the making of your order. 

If for any reason, that 4-10 business day timeline cannot be adhered to, we will contact you as soon as we're aware and will discuss your options.

 

Dispatch Delays

Our standard turnaround time is 4-10 business days, however sometimes circumstances change if for some reason, we're taking longer than expected and you no longer require the item, please get in contact with us at hello@axnlasercreations.com.au and we will work something out.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Sometimes things don't go as planned and your delivery may be missing.
We will always provide you with a tracking link so that you can track your delivery.

In the unlucky event that this happens to you, please let us know and we'll try to help you out. However, we can't guarantee anything as once your parcel is with Australia Post, we have no control over your package. We can only try and help you track down the parcel with the available information we have.

 

Damages

Please note that whilst we take care in packaging our products securely, once it leaves us and is in the hands of the delivery partner, how they handle the package(s) is out of our control. We will endeavour to evaluate any issues that may arise. Please keep this in mind before leaving us a bad review.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

Sometimes, delivery is unable to be completed because the shipping address has been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, if that's the case, we can't be held responsible if the package cannot be recovered.
