You can include examples, photos, or sketches if helpful. What it's being used for and where it will be going will help us establish materials for best durability.

We understand that not everyone knows exactly what they want right away – and that’s okay! We’ll guide you through options, suggest the best materials for your needs, and work with you to bring your idea to life with minimal fuss.

How long will it take?

Lead Times

Most custom orders are completed within 6–10 business days once payment has been received.

If your order is urgent or needed by a certain date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, a minimum rush fee of $30 will be added to the order. Larger orders attract a larger rush fee. It's best to reach out ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Custom orders require additional time compared to our usual products. This is due to the additional time required throughout the custom process.

How It Works

  • Step 1

    We’ll discuss materials, sizing, colours, and any other details to make sure everything is just right.

  • Step 2

    You'll receive a no-obligation quote.

  • Step 3

    Once you’re happy with the details and quote, full payment is required before we head to the next step.

  • Step 4

    Once payment is received, materials not already in stock will be ordered. In the meantime, we'll complete a design proof for you to review and make any minor changes prior to production.

  • Step 5

    Once approved, your item will be made to order, with the same care and attention we give to every piece.

  • Step 6

    Yay! It's on its way to you. We'll leave it with Australia Post to get it to your doorstep.
