Custom Order Information

How It Works

  • Step 1

    We’ll discuss materials, sizing, colours, and any other details to make sure everything is just right.

  • Step 2

    You'll receive a no-obligation quote.

  • Step 3

    Once you’re happy with the details and quote, full payment is required before we head to the next step.

  • Step 4

    Once payment is received, materials not already in stock will be ordered. In the meantime, we'll complete a design proof for you to review and make any minor changes prior to production.

  • Step 5

    Once approved, your item will be made to order, with the same care and attention we give to every piece.

  • Step 6

    Yay! It's on its way to you. We'll leave it with Australia Post to get it to your doorstep.
